The name “TRIUNE” was originally conceived by ate Maidz Pulido, it is another term for “TRINITY”, or “TRI-UNITY. It pertains to the eternal GODHEAD. Then to make it sound like a dance group the word “MOVERS” was added. Hence, the birth of the group TRIUNE MOVERS.

August 18, 2003, this was the first major assignment of the Core group, a concert entitled “Showers of Blessings” was held in Cuneta Astrodome. A foreign worship team was invited, headed by Lamar Boschman and Steve Kuban. Together with the other core dance groups we were assigned to lead the people in dancing to the tune of praise songs, and we were also given a slot for a special number. Initially the group has 18 members, from different JIL chapters, some came from Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan and the rest are mostly from Manila and Quezon City area.
